  • 15mL Sake
  • 30mL passionfruit puree
  • 3 lychees
  • 25mm length of lemongrass

Muddle lychees and lemongrass. Add other ingredients.

Shake and double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with lemongrass slivers.
